Individual Business Coaching Plans

I will work with you following a structured and proven course of business evaluation and improvement, implemented with weekly coaching meetings and action plans that focus on the areas that will yield the greatest impact.

The system works as follows:

• We do an in-depth study of where you are now, and where you want to go.
• We prepare an Action Plan of specific strategies that you will implement throughout the year.
• We get your team trained, "on board" and fired up!!!
• We meet on a weekly basis to constantly implement and adjust the strategies until the system becomes the routine. This constant, regular process ensures the system will work!

Business coaching sessions in the Phoenix area can be conducted either at my office, or by a combination of telephone, fax, email, and Internet connection. Business coaching for other geographic areas is conducted using a combination of telephone, fax, email, and Online. Each weekly session lasts between 45 and 90 minutes.

Each business coaching session is followed up with a document outlining what we covered and what you learned, what we decided on, and who will do what by when to keep the process moving forward. The business coaching relationship usually lasts a minimum of one year, but many clients choose to continue coaching much longer.
