The Quantum Leap Growth Workshop Series is an opportunity for business owners to learn new ways to drive more business and more profit and develop an action plan of specific strategies to begin implementing right away. It's basically a way to take six months or more of individual business development coaching and training and distill it into three half-day group workshop type seminars. The sessions are very interactive and each participant will be doing business development activities and homework between each meeting. Sessions will be either Mondays or Fridays from 12-4pm. - Sales Systems II: Using a real SALES SYSTEM; building a sales funnel, building rapport, NLP basics
- Customer Service I: DWYSYWD (Do what you said you would do), selling to existing customers
- Customer Service II: Make every employee an owner, scripting, handling complaints, etc.
- HR for Small Business Owners: Hiring, training, motivating, performance review, terminating, etc.
